Rates
New York: $170 per 45 min. session. I’m an out-of-network provider.
Washington: In-network (Premera, LifeWise, some Blue Cross Blue Shield) is billed at $150 per session.
Typically, you will just need to pay a $20-$40 co-pay if using in-network insurance.
Out-of-network standard rate is $130 per session.
I offer reduced rates to a limited number of clients.
Insurance (WA only)
I am in-network with Premera and Lifewise. I have assistance with billing/insurance and can submit in-network claims on your behalf.
For all other insurances, I’m an out-of-network (OON) provider. If your plan benefits include out-of-network mental health/behavioral health coverage, I can provide you with a monthly itemized statement (called a “superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance, and they mail you a reimbursement check.

Payment
I accept debit/credit card, Zelle, Venmo, cash, or check.
If necessary, we can discuss a payment plan.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
