Rates

In-network (Premera and LifeWise) cost is $150 per session. 

Out-of-network standard rate is $125 per session and I can offer sliding scale down to $95 as needed.

I offer reduced rates to a limited number of clients.

All appointments are 50 minutes unless otherwise agreed upon. 

Insurance

I am in-network with Premera and Lifewise. I have assistance with billing/insurance and can submit in-network claims on your behalf. 

For all other insurances, I’m an out-of-network (OON) provider. If your plan benefits include out-of-network mental health/behavioral health coverage, I can provide you with a monthly itemized statement (called a “superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance, and they mail you a reimbursement check.

Payment

I accept debit/credit card, Zelle, Venmo, cash, or check.

If necessary, we can discuss a payment plan.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
